Tracey, Dental Receptionist
Tracey is the friendly face you meet when you walk through the front door at Kelowna Denture Clinic. She joined our team in 2019, bringing with her over 20 years as a customer service and administrative specialist in the freight and shipping industry.
Tracey’s background in logistics, problem solving, and customer care serves her well in her role as KDC’s receptionist. As she manages a huge range of details while keeping focused on the bigger picture, she also ensures that patients feel engaged and supported, that treatments are scheduled efficiently, and that our patient experience is consistent and of the highest quality.
Tracey was born and raised in Kelowna. In her spare time, Tracey and her husband do as much camping and golfing as they can. She also enjoys cooking and baking, which keeps her coworkers happy as she regularly brings delicious treats to the office.
Fun fact: Tracey’s husband was born and raised in Saskatchewan and is an avid Roughriders fan. Of course, this means that since her wedding, Tracey has also been cheering for the green and white. Go Riders!
