Reason for new dentures: Denture was ill fitting, stained, and no longer appropriate as it had required multiple repairs and additions; it needed an additional repair for an anterior tooth

Reason for new dentures: Upper denture was very loose; partial lower denture was loose, had been repaired multiple times, and had an old tissue conditioner. Bite was not ideal and was causing dislodgement of dentures.
